STUDENT VISA APPLICATION PROCESS
Settle the registration fee, school fees, and security deposit.
The school will apply for approval from the Ministry of Education (3–4 weeks).
Students may enter 1 week before the school term begins, upon receiving MOE approval.
Submit all student visa documents during orientation week.
- Student Visa: 2 weeks*
- Guardian Visa: 2 weeks* (can only be submitted after student visa is approved)
*Note: processing times may vary depending on document verification and approval flow.
DOCUMENTS NEEDED FOR
STUDENT VISA APPLICATION
- Passport-size photos (blue background)
- Valid passport copy (all pages, over 12 months validity)
- Certified true copy of Birth Certificate / Adoption Certificate
- Certified true copy of Marriage Certificate, Death Certificate, Divorce Certificate, or Court Order (for custody, if applicable)
- Both parents/guardians' passport copies and latest social pass or Malaysia entry/exit stamps (if any)
- Local medical insurance (minimum 6-month coverage)
- Other documents as requested by Immigration
