Imperial International School is thrilled to celebrate the exceptional performances of three of our promising young athletes at the Kejohanan Skuasy MSS Perak Sirkit 2 2025, held at Gelanggang Skuasy MBI, Ipoh. The two-day tournament saw students from across Perak competing fiercely, and our students rose to the occasion with grit, skill, and sportsmanship.
On 6 May, Nirja Saravanan proudly represented Imperial in the Girls Under-12 category, earning an impressive 4th place finish. Though facing tough competition, Nirja held her ground and played each match with determination and maturity beyond her years. Her disciplined approach to training and calm composure on the court continue to set a strong example for her peers. Nirja’s achievement not only reflects her personal growth but also marks her as one of the rising stars in the Perak junior squash circuit.
The following day, 7 May, brought a double celebration for Imperial as Ghaneesha and his younger brother Loganetraan dominated the Boys Under-15 category. In an inspiring display of sibling spirit and athletic excellence, Ghaneesha claimed 1st place, while Loganetraan followed closely behind with a well-earned 2nd place. Their shared presence on the podium is a proud moment for their family and for the school. The brothers’ success is a result of consistent hard work, focused training, and a passion for the sport that is clearly shared between them.
These achievements are not just wins on the court — they reflect the values we strive to nurture at Imperial: resilience, dedication, teamwork, and humility in both victory and defeat. Our sports programme continues to support students in balancing their academic responsibilities with physical excellence, creating well-rounded individuals ready to take on challenges in any arena.
We are immensely proud of Nirja, Ghaneesha, and Loganetraan for their achievements and the manner in which they represented the school. May their journey inspire more young athletes in our community to pursue their goals with the same determination.
Congratulations once again to our squash stars — you have truly made Imperial proud!
